Pros

Opportunities: enough to have kept me for 20 years! People and culture. Guaranteed interesting work in Consulting and Research. Great brand on your CV ( I have been disappointing head hunters for a long time.)

Cons

Business success can be cyclical based on energy markets but we are more diversified than ever.

Pros

-Relatively high pay in the market for marketing roles -Can work from home, nice office with view at Marina Boulevard, hot desk with no fixed seats

Cons

-Very fast paced with many meetings to join. Have to constantly think about new ideas just to stand out. Often, more time is spent discussing and trying to promote oneself to gain visibility during meetings rather than getting the actual work done. -Companies shifting more roles to India and Malaysia due to cost efficiency and cheaper talent there
