      Pros

      Your coworkers are all in their 20s fresh out of college, so it’s a very fun environment. But you also get your feet wet and learn about energy markets in the US, and interact with clients daily. You also get 25-30 days of PTO per year which is amazing for an entry level role in the US. There is also an end of year bonus depending on company performance.

      Cons

      Constant turnover both at the team level and at the higher ups. Teams are frequently short staffed, which provides an opportunity for early career leadership, but also hinders work-life balance. The company has been acquired multiple times and changed offices. They have also scaled back on perks like “happy hours” and team lunches.
