Pros

Great place to learn and get experience. We work with smart people who care about what they do. Lots of training available for those that have time to take advantage of it. Decent benefits.

Cons

Culture has gone downhill since Veritas took over. Management only care about sales and cutting costs. Low salaries, pathetic bonuses, and limited promotion opportunities, but demands keep increasing. People are burning out but they've taken away our wellbeing day forced us into into a mandatory volunteering day instead. We've lost so many great people, we cannot meet our goals when we are hemorrhaging our best staff.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of Wood Mackenzie for several years. We really appreciate you highlighting both what’s working well — including our culture, hybrid approach and client focus — as well as the areas where we can improve. Feedback on bonus, increments, recent changes and the GAT experience is important, and there’s always room for us to grow. If you’re open to a follow‑up conversation, we’d welcome it. Please do speak to your HRBP or line manager so we can learn more.
