      - good working colleagues but not management

      Cons

      A company that does not value or appreciate its staff, and appears to prioritise its own interests over employee welfare. Despite many years of service, the benefits provided were minimal, and the termination was carried out on what felt like unfair grounds. The management was also unappreciative of employees’ contributions
