      * The work is interesting and varied. * The people that work here are good and talented people.

      Cons

      * Management don't care what people beneath them think. * Payrises don't happen. * You have to constantly fight to get expenses and overtime paid even after they've been approved. * There's no career progression. * There's no training for the job beyond the bare minimum to get it done.

      Pros

      It’s okay, pay is decent. But work is drying up, pivot to a different company if you can.

      Cons

      No overtime pay, it’s frustrating. The previous CFO lied about being a chartered accountant, there are numerous failed projects and are accounting is being investigated by the FCA.
