Pros

Mostly flexible work hours depending on your supervisor. Decent pay. Working with talented engineers and experienced personnel.

Cons

Middle management (especially supply chain) - if you bring people from a small EPCs and place them in leadership roles they will bring all the negative culture (micromanagement , infighting etc.) with them. No long term career growth plan.

Pros

- Work alongside highly skilled and knowledgeable colleagues - Competitive pay and benefits, especially strong for an entry-level role

Cons

- Project management is often poor, leading to inconsistent workflow (periods of overload followed by downtime) - Limited social atmosphere within the company - Graduates are often stuck on a single project with little to no rotation - Lack of structured training; learning depends heavily on the project you’re assigned to - Company tends to prioritise client demands over employee development and wellbeing
