Employees are yearning for change but the Nuclear Lead Team are a clique who refuse to change.

Pros

Enthusiastic, talented workforce who desperately try to do a good job and keep things going. Optimism over the Wood acquisition of Amec but need to see some change, soon.

Cons

Internally focused leadership team Dysfunctional leadership team Clique of a leadership team (if you’re not part of the old NNC mafia you haven’t got a chance of getting on) All the good people who try to make a difference end up leaving! Staff morale is dropping all the time. Pay getting further and further behind the market.
