Pros

as with most companies most people are helpful and try to help but poor management leads to non unity and functions looking out for only themselves

Cons

Why cant we access usb drive on computers? what year is this? stupid just plain stupid. if you need files only option to email to yourself. horrible it support, it is outsourced so you must wait 2 weeks for a response from someone overseas. you will get a call or email at 2am asking for clarification. then you will get another response saying issue has been resolved since you did not respond. vacation earned, you do not start with any. first and hopefully last company i ever work at where you have to accrue your time off. must buy your own office supplies. ok so for basics pens paper yes they provide but anything "fancy" like a mousepad, headphones, you gotta pay your self. terrible health benefits for company this size. expensive premiums, high payroll deductions. lack of standards for anything- procedures, rules, policies everyone does there own thing and no one seems to care no pay raises in last 6 years but of course upper management still gets there bonuses no support, tools, training to do your job . too many different software systems and outdated systems will make you go crazy segregated divisions and managment without clear set goals. you will work on projects for no reasons and managment will not support you so then you will go work on another meaningless project zero mobility or promotions. sadly i've known people in same positions for years without promotion or raise. wont promote from within will only hire outside people. entire departements outsourced laid off without warning or reason. no upward mobility the position you start in is where you will end in unless you leave company.
