      Pros

      Good working hours, salary and people (who are not appreciated).

      Cons

      This company needs a real shake up with Leadership. Very weak compared to other companies I've worked for. They do not follow the values and all the wonderful things they talk about. Although they say people are their greatest asset, they do not show it.

      Pros

      Former Foster Wheeler employee so decent pay 4 years ago. The 9-80 schedule is very nice and has not been changed by new management yet.

      Cons

      1 raise in 4 years. As a non Amec employee there is no room for advancement. Amec did not do a good job of integrating the acquisitions it made through the years so the company is very disorganized and there is no consistency from one group to the next. Benefits have been reduced over the years to the point that they are not very competitive.
