      Pros

      Every other Friday off, save overtime to use as vacation if you want, good longstanding relationships with clients, high pay rate, and you get overtime if you are not a manager (1.5x or straight time OT depending on position). You can work remote when needed.

      Cons

      Typical for consulting firm, too much travel, at the whim of the client, feast or famine, pressure to be billable. But that are normal for consulting. Medical insurance premium is expensive. Some coworkers are good, some don’t pick up the slack making you do it.
