Pros
It's a job that's about the only pro for working with this company but you get in the company. No room to move up within the company. It's a contract company
Cons
Very low pay for the oil and gas industry. It's ok I'd say if you're just getting into the industry. Over 3 years of working here I got one $1 raise. I had no choice but to leave. Left to do the same work and am making $15 an hour more with my new company. Benefits doubled in price starting 2017 and are horrible if you actually do have to go to the doctor/ dentist. It's a contract company and the goal is to get hired on to the company you're contracting for. But I went 3 years with that in mind and it never happened
