Pros

Excellent covid employee benefits throughout the pandemic. Generous pay and benefits. Modern office.

Cons

Work-life balance is decreasing and overtime hours on budget maxed projects is becoming the norm. CAD modeling expectations are a moving target and are not voiced by upper management in the office. It is frustrating to hear from management that something they taught you to do is now the topic of their criticism. It feels like if you're not with the 'in-crowd' of employees you don't get updated on the newest methods and then later criticized for being out of the loop.

Pros

Great company culture that provides: generous with paid time off, we usually get an extra paid day for a major holiday. There's also a pizza Friday every month and an employer stocked break room.

Cons

Some projects may require overtime work.
