      Pros

      WR hires very knowledgable people. The perks are great here and unlike many other private engineering firms. During my time here, I made a lot of great friends and learned a lot on the job.

      Cons

      Management could have been better. Not exactly sure why, but my managers in particular never really came by and spoke to me unless they needed something. I didn’t see my principal for months on end and barely spoke to him until the end of my time at the company. I definitely felt like I was getting the cold shoulder for most of my time there.

      - Your time is valued - Excellent starting benefits after 30 days of employment - Assigned work truck - Excellent opportunity for growth and compensation - Great communication with management - Management itself is great

      - Starting pay is disappointing but other benefits make up for it a bit - Availability of work determined by weather during winter
