Flexible working hours and the holland staffs are very helpful.

Cons

No training provided No recognition from the top managements Too much politics Low pay, no increment, low benefits Lack of knowledge manager recruited Unfair treatment to the lower staff

Pros

Good supervisor and friendly colleagues. Chill environment, not too tight on punctuality. Random food parties. Nice HR. Do your job well and you can have freedom.

Cons

Low pay, no increment, no bonus, no OT pay, no recognition. Less or slow benefits than stated. Poor communication between departments. Poor boss - lower end employee relationship. Minimal training and supervision.
