Good place to learn, bad place to earn

Pros

Good supervisor and friendly colleagues. Chill environment, not too tight on punctuality. Random food parties. Nice HR. Do your job well and you can have freedom.

Cons

Low pay, no increment, no bonus, no OT pay, no recognition. Less or slow benefits than stated. Poor communication between departments. Poor boss - lower end employee relationship. Minimal training and supervision.

Pros

You like learning? Doing things hands-on? This is the place for you. Your colleagues(minus manager) will be helpful.

Cons

Some managers can be toxic. Say one thing and do another. Always covering their own reputation instead of helping out. If you like to be micromanaged, this is the place for you. Benefits are pretty low. Salary is on the low end of the market range.
