The clients are the only good part about working here. They need our love and protection from Management and being exploited by others.

Cons

This job is not worth the stress, high school gossip/cliques, and poverty wages they pay. I've only stayed so far because of the clients. Management doesn't care and will forge documents.

Woods offers the opportunity for staff to get a degree and move up the ladder. they increase your pay after you achieve your degree-even an associate's degree.
