The clients are wonderful and staff genuinely care. The benefits are generally good with lots of PTO.

Cons

The employer sponsored health insurance (no cost to employee) can be difficult to work with as it is outside of the big networks. Salaries are on the lower end of fair due to non-profit status. High rate of turn over in some departments.

Great co-workers and great benefits. Clients make the job very enjoyable. Everyday is always interesting and a learning experience.

Cons

There is no over-time pay for this position. Pay-rate isn't the highest because it is non-profit, but everyday is rewarding.
