Very family friendly firm, good office space, good benefits, good work/life balance.

Cons

Project Managers doesn't really manage projects, it falls on to Phase Manager. Project Managers are Sales. Project Directors are Sales. Sales People manage an engineering firm.

Pros

Nice, usually helpful colleagues. Company has a great reputation in geospatial field. Business development/PMs are very good. The company

Cons

Technical managers weren't great, some would pressure staff to bill fewer hours than worked. Middle management would try to keep salaries lower, resulting in some under-qualified hires who could be a headache to deal with professionally. High turnover among experienced staff who weren't Woolpert lifers.
