7yWhile our Corporate office is based out of Dayton, Ohio Woolpert recognizes that with more than 20 offices across the nation, our regional offices being autonomous is a major key to our success. We hire individuals who are self-sufficient and naturally engage one another whether it be in our corporate headquarters or regional locations. In addition, our structure is such that we have regional Business Managers who are connected to our offices and in-tune with the local community. Our employees coupled with our Business Managers and other office leaders have the support of the Corporate office and, when they deem necessary, lean on the corporate office for support and/or guidance.
