      Good company, compensation is okay, company continues to grow and expand

      Cons

      compensation while okay, could still be improved. 50% 401K match is better than nothing but not industry leading

      Pros

      Great Leadership - that actually listens and takes constructive feedback. I truly believe Neil and our leadership team is trying to continue to build/grow a very successful company that is also the best place to work possible.

      Cons

      Company is growing so there can be lots of change - I think we are learning and trying to get better on how to work better together across businesses and regions. Lots of forks at all levels working to continue to not have growth hinder our agility.

      A very solid company

      Pros

      Pay is great. People I work with are easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. Company Truck and Gas card.

      Cons

      Not an ideal position for those with young families since travel can be extensive, weeks or months at a time.
