Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your thoughts and feedback! We are thrilled to read you enjoy our flexible time off plan and feel you are well compensated! As you know we place a strong emphasis on our Company culture, so it's great to see you feel it's progressive and you enjoyed it! As we continue to grow our firm, Company structure sometimes needs to expand, as teams get larger and we either need to break them down to smaller teams or bring in Team Leads. We are placing a strong emphasis on Career Planning & Performance Management this year and will be having more discussions around various paths our professionals may take, so thank you for noting that! Thank you for your contributions to Woolpert!

Pros

Compensation is good; Very nice accommodations; company provides adequate equipment to make working remote very efficient; provide employee perks/outings throughout the year;

Cons

Can be difficult with leadership and/or management typically being remote. Makes it difficult to build rapport with teammates and team leads. Funds are not made available to adequately train younger/new employees; very fractured company, they promote a One Woolpert brand, but new company acquisitions appear to maintain their independence and autonomy.

We are glad you felt our compensation package was fair and equitable and we were able to provide you the tools to perform your job remotely! Thank you for recognizing the employee perks and value-added outings throughout the year. We are disappointed to hear your experience working in a remote environment felt disconnected. Culture is very important, and we are always looking to improve this. We have a very personable approach to acquisitions and will take this back to the M&A team to consider as we move forward. Additionally, we try our very best to ensure our employees are fully aware of our benefits package and details; the annual 401(k) summary plan descriptions identify our vesting schedule as it relates to the match. However, this is good feedback and will bring this to our benefits team to see what opportunity we have to make this clearer for employees. We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to leave us this feedback and we wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors!

We appreciate you taking time to leave us your thoughts! So glad to read that you find our benefits, culture and our Freedom to Work policy top notch! As a Company, we are very focused on keeping our culture at the forefront and are always looking at ways to improve our benefit offerings. I'd invite you to reach out to your HRBP regarding merit raises. We are a heavily goal oriented organization and do reward based on performance so would like to hear further where you think we are missing the mark. Thank you for being a valued member of the Woolpack!
