Pros

• Super supportive culture: their mentor-mentee program is great • The designers here are genuinely some of the smartest I've worked with. You'll learn a ton just by being around them • Great clients: I always felt like I was working on the latest trends across different industries

Cons

• Most of the projects I worked on never made it to launch. A lot of them were vision projects which are great for concepting and flexing creative muscles, but they didn't get built into a final product

Growth opportunities Working with the best in product design Remote first

Cons

Acquired by Accenture - culture has changed a lot (many mandatory corporate training assignments, Accenture offices in place of Work & Co offices, etc)
