Being awarded the Silver Award in 2024 for my leadership on an internal project was an incredibly proud and memorable moment in my career. It gave me a huge confidence boost and made me feel truly valued. In October 2024, I successfully secured a new role as Recruitment and People Coordinator after interviewing for the position. The ability to explore new opportunities demonstrates WorkNest’s commitment to supporting employee aspirations. The leadership team and my colleagues are approachable, supportive, and invested in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
