A really great place to train

Pros

If you know you want to specialise in Employment Law, then this is absolutely the best place to train. You are able to get hands on experience in each sub department and this will leave you in an excellent starting position for when you qualify. I found the managers all really helpful and understanding of the nature of a training based role as well, so you are fully supported throughout the journey and there's always someone available to help (even outside your main team) There's also been a recent salary alignment and I feel that I am fairly compensated for my role

No phone signal in the Chester building really limits people without WiFi calling on their phones
