Free parking. Free tea and coffee.

Highest turnover of staff I've even seen at a company- there's got to be a reason for that. They've worked really hard with the FAKE REVIEWS but at least change the same title to a few for the less gullible. A disconnected, hierarchical management system and bang average salaries. They make it look special to outsiders, it couod be special....it really isn't. Avoid.

We genuinely value all feedback, however I can assure you there are no fake reviews written by WorkNest and our turnover is low compared to industry standards. We are currently progressing learning & development plans and are working hard to ensure we have a consistent and fair approach. We also consistently review our performance via our colleague survey and on the whole have received some very positive feedback in our most recent survey in October 2022. Great product and people. Terrible management and processes.

Pros

Have great product range so could offer customer great package and could be really rewarding place to work. Done great people work here but losing good people fast.

Cons

SLT have inflated egos and no ears. Don’t care about employees or customer service. Lower than industry average wages. Worse place I’ve ever worked.
