Great people Great work/life balance Work is fulfilling and interesting No billing/fee targets like in private practice

Cons

Salary is not as high as private practice, but at least your weekends and evenings are your own!

Horrible place to work!

Pros

From the outside, this company looks like a great place to work. They woo you with all sorts of things but do not be fooled. The management team are incredibly awful people who are very inhumane regarding their approach. Unrealistic targets and everyone was always so stressed when I was there. One colleague even told me of how stressed they were that their eyeballs were bleeding or something ridiculous. Why would anyone choose to stay there? Also, a lot of colleagues are toxic. Other reviews are right, if your face doesn't fit, you're out. Avoid at all costs
