Business Outlook
Pros
+ Strong early team, lots of Stripe, Dropbox, etc alums + Fully remote with bi-annual in-person meet ups + Product & Eng-led culture + Strong business traction but still very early on (great time to join!) + Great culture for folks who like autonomy + Well-funded w solid business offers a lot of stability for a company of our stage (~50 employees)
Cons
- Typical growing pains of a small company scaling rapidly (very little process, etc) - Fast-paced culture (take that as a pro or con)
