Pros

You will learn so much with WorkRocket regardless of what role you are in. They have a great work environment with fun, dedicated people that push me to do better. I also enjoy having a voice and opinions that are valued by the management team and always have the support I need to do my job well.

Cons

Maintaining a high quality of work while keeping up with business demand can be difficult during busier seasons.

Great place to work and learn

Pros

I've been working at WorkRocket as an Account Manager for almost a year and I am very happy and excited with my experience here thus far. I've immensely improved upon my sales and communication skills working directly with management on a daily basis and learned more here in 6 months than in any of my previous sales roles. Beyond the benefits of the management team and training in place, the company is bottom line fun to work for and you're working with a great group of knowledgeable people.

Cons

If you do not want to learn and work hard, this is not the place for you. The work is not easy at the beginning but you are provided with the training and support you need and you learn A LOT quickly. Expect to come in ready to make a lot of phone calls and work hard to grow your business to where you want it.

Relaxed environment where you learn a lot about business in lots of different industries. Great team and management.

Cons

It's a high performance culture so you do work hard, but you have fun and learn.
