Casual work environment, great group of coworkers, nice perks including free lunch, generous PTO, etc
Cons
Company org and all employee responsibilities are a bit unclear, but i believe that's mainly a result of rapid growth/growing pains

Thanks for the feedback! We hear you - with so much growth happening in the past couple years alone our approach to communication and structure needs to change a bit. We're excited to be launching a new internal portal in January that can provide us all with a perfect forum to announce role and title changes, display a full current state Org chart, and give everyone the high level of transparency we want to have. We'll have some review sessions in the weeks ahead so you can see what the portal will look like. If you have any other suggestions on how to make WorkWave even better - please reach out any time at hr@workwave.com!
everything they do seems to be focused around improving the lives of their employees. Be it standing desks at the job or more PTO to improve work-life balance, they value their employees happiness.
Cons
as the company grows, there are a lot of different ideas of how to improve processes. This requires improved communication, which the company is trying to improve.

Hi WorkWaver!
Thanks for sharing your experience on Glassdoor. It's great to hear that our 2015 initiatives of offering standing desks to all teams, and the increase of PTO have been well received. We hear you, with growth comes the need for process changes, innovative thinking and creative problem solving. It's an exciting time for us, and we're so fortunate to have staff like you that can help us embrace these opportunities.
Our talent team has recently launched management and leadership training programs along with an interview certification program to help with professional development. We'll be launching more programs in the months ahead and can't wait to share details as we have them!
