Thanks for the feedback! We hear you - with so much growth happening in the past couple years alone our approach to communication and structure needs to change a bit. We're excited to be launching a new internal portal in January that can provide us all with a perfect forum to announce role and title changes, display a full current state Org chart, and give everyone the high level of transparency we want to have. Hi WorkWaver! Thanks for sharing your experience on Glassdoor. It's great to hear that our 2015 initiatives of offering standing desks to all teams, and the increase of PTO have been well received. We hear you, with growth comes the need for process changes, innovative thinking and creative problem solving.
