Flexible, but room for improvement

Pros

The company is flexible and had learned resilience through the leaders of it child companies.

Cons

The focus on shifting a small business mindset to a large scale isn't adopted internally. The child companies all came from something that felt like a real family and now they feel tossed into an orphanage.
