-Good pay -Lots of room for growth -Coworkers are helpful
Cons
-Lots of last minute switching of projects. It is an agile environment so that's expected, but sometimes it felt like it was due to poor planning from higher ups.
- Good work-life balance. Everyone's really chill and carefree. I'm supposedly on a hardcore team, but it's not so bad.
- Unlimited PTO (with manager discretion). People typically take ~20 days of PTO a year
- No company is free of politics, but it's not too bad here.
Cons
- No technical growth for QA engineers.
- Very little growth for Software Devs - a lot of proprietary tools and languages.
- Low challenges.
