One of the better comapnies

Business Outlook

Pros

Unlimited PTO is always nice. Depending on your pay structure you might get a quarterly bonus and stock.

Cons

The new CEO brought in a weird energy and it seems like all he cares about it money and the founders cared about the people. Workday hired TERRIBLE people leaders. It's also extremely hard to move within the company.
