      Good cultuer, but be prepared to chart your own growth

      Pros

      Good work life balance, benefits, and pay. Very horizontal org, meaning you're not jumping tons of org. levels to get things done.

      Cons

      May not have the best advancement track for ICs and can be difficult to set up new processes or innovation due to how most product decisions lie with Product Managers
