Pros

Workday's products have decent product market fit, and Workday offers competitive compensation in sales roles. Flexible WLB. There is a good flow of inbound leads as well, so it's not too outbound-heavy, which some sales reps may appreciate.

Cons

Benefits are getting more expensive to the employees, and the office in London feels like it's constantly under construction which makes WFH more appealing. Layoffs earlier in 2025 did affect the culture in a negative way.

Cons

Big AI push, feels like it’s being shoved down our throats. Constantly rumors of layoffs swirling.

Pros

The people who have been here, and still here, care about this company

Cons

Where to begin? Our new leadership have come in from other companies with judgment and disruption to what we're- we have worked hard to build as a culture. Some of the language this new group uses has created fear and concern. We are constantly changing (strategy, escalations, org changes, etc) and asked to move fast with fewer resources with no reprieve. "Scrappy" is not a strategy for a large company with business customers relying on stability, it’s reckless. Additionally, get a terrible and vindictive manager, they can choose to ruin your career with no recourse. They are not held accountable for what they say/write about you, despite your past performance and reputation. All this change and still tanking stock price
