      I can't understand what the hell is wrong with leadership here. Layoffs are one thing. Excusing it on AI, while all employees know it's about cutting costs by outsourcing to India, okay. I get it that corporate mandates this. But why not be honest about it? Why would you feel the need to go on stage with a rehearsed script and faking sadness and a broken voice? Did you really think that was not utterly disrespectful towards everyone? What a psycho. Anyone wanting to join should know that the above is all they would be signing up for. Workday is not a good place to work anymore, all thanks to its leadership.

      Completely transformed into a toxic culture. Management is brutal and plays favorites. Very political environment you must fit the specific sales type to survive here. Honestly don’t know anyone who likes working here these days. It’s very sad.

      Takes care of employees, lots of leadership churn and org changes

      Pros

      Great benefits, a lot of great people, company does great things for the community. Stable company outlook, can be a fun place to work with lots of perks.

      Cons

      Over the past few years with many original Workday employees leaving, retiring etc... the company culture has morphed into a confusing mess of cultures from all of the new leadership and employees. They do not like to promote from within, and depending on the group you are in you will get reorged at least once a year if not twice, especially in Product and Technology. The politics within the leadership level is toxic, if your in the bubble your golden if not, you need a hazmat suit.
