Pros

* Company really cares about employees' well-being * Jerky managers are counseled out * Psychologically safe * Company is currently successful * Traditional top-down hierarchy works great for sales, operations

Cons

* Heavy hierarchy kills innovation * Internal innovation success has been mixed * Failure has lead to costly acquisitions, team displacement * The few teams that enjoy autonomy often build useless, buzzword-heavy toys to pad their resumes

Pros

Amazing culture focused on Doing the Right Thing for the Customer, Employees and Partners. Smart, hard-working, positive people. Competitive benefits, stock options, so much swag. Lots of opportunity to take on new challenges and new roles.

Cons

Change is constant, learn to be agile. Pace of product growth and development can make it challenging to stay current.
