Pros

Get to learn about the Workday Financials system. Good benefits.

Cons

It comes down to who you know in order to move anywhere. It helps if you’re someone’s favorite, not just doing a great job. If your manager doesn’t want you to leave their team, they have the ability to shut down any options, which is completely against what the rest of the company stands for. Workday as a company is great, but SLC finance needs some changes if they want to keep their top talent happy and motivated.
