Great potential but it depends on what team you are on

Pros

At a corporate level Workday does a great job of balancing the needs of its workers with the needs of its customers. The executive teams seems to truly value it’s people.

Cons

Unfortunately, this can’t be said for all of the groups within Workday. Explosive growth makes it difficult to ensure that everyone in the company is in line with the "Workday Way". This is especially true for the Financial Development Team. They have had a string of Vice Presidents that don’t live up to the companies core values. My advice to anyone looking to join Workday, go to another team.

Thank you for your feedback. At Workday, our employees are our No. 1 core value, and it’s discouraging to hear that you feel leaders on your team are not living up to our high standards. We will definitely take this feedback to heart and have shared this with relevant teams. If you’re comfortable doing so, you can share more detailed, confidential feedback with us via employee.feedback@workday.com.

Pros

The company truly cares about its employees. Workday invests a lot into its workforce and management. When I hear of the corporate drama that goes on at other companies of similar size, I feel so lucky to be where I am. Free snacks and beverages, corporate gym, fitness reimbursement, enhanced 491k matching, HSA employer contributions, donation matching, pet adoption reimbursement, unlimited PTO, flexible hours, massages, giveaways, yoga, and much more

Cons

Promotions are only once a year. Not clear enough as to what is needed or how we are tracking towards this.
