Pros

A few good people are still here for now that look after our customers and each other.

Cons

Compensation and Benefits are declining and not keeping pace with the market. Office environment is not collaborative and people only go in because their attendance is monitored and they are worried about termination - not because they want to go in or they get more done in the office. Lack of transparency and honesty with offshoring and lay offs. Product is not keeping pace with the market.

The values are only marketing

Pros

Benefits and pay are okay

Cons

Company is not growing as fast as our investor expect. As a result the focus is on cost cutting and we are becoming less customer centric. Our values are only marketing, top leadership does not care about employees. We should be more honest and say we are all about increasing revenue and profitability. 90% of net new AE in my region are not even close to quota. Lack of resources and support across the board. Very limited partner ecosystem in our region compared to sap and Oracle.
