Pros

Nice office Easy access from BART

Cons

The "emphasis" on taking care of employees is window dressing. Behind the scenes HR supports managers, even when they get caught doing illegal things like secretly recording conversations.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are somewhat decent

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture with favoritism and office politics Incompetent leadership that does not listen to employees Zero career growth unless you're part of the inner circle Work-life balance is a joke—constant pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and no real support Feedback is not welcome; questioning decisions can put you on the chopping block Innovation is stifled by excessive bureaucracy and indecisive management

Pros

Good people Good products Good pay

Cons

Culture has gone massively downhill in the last 18 months. Original founders have taken a step back and now the focus is solely on margins rather than the culture that had been the main area of focus for well over a decade. A lot of really talented people lost jobs and no one can explain why them.
