For the time being there are still good people around.

Cons

Over the last two years the company has turned 180. Nearly every decision is being made by non-technical folks with little knowledge. Upper management only cares about profitability and is playing chicken with employees regarding pay and promotions. Recent policy changes are destroying moral and creating toxic situations.

None that I can think off.

Cons

"This is the process that we follow in Workday". This is the banter that you will always hear from the Managers. There is a lot of micro-management and you will always be nudged to provide updates. No work-life-balance at all. You have meetings at 8 in the morning and then at 8 in the night. Work is all Managers need. They don't treat employees like humans. Ask for PTOs, Managers will come up with some work or excuse and won't approve. I literally had to beg for vacation to visit my family.

Not many after the time that I left. Snacks I suppose

Cons

Extremely heavy, slow process makes development slow. Way too many meetings, way too much overhead. Mid level management is toxic. Promotions and pay raises are extremely political. Pay isn't even high to begin with. No real work flexibility, they gatekeep remote work for people who have been at the company for many, many years. No sense of camaraderie, managers don't care about the people.
