Would have been better if I was ex PeopleSoft

Pros

Great product. Company soley focused on going public and anything that gets in the way gets chopped.

Cons

Nepotism reigns supreme here as it is a family run company. I have never seen such classlessness in the firing of some employees for no reason aka wrongful terminations. Management would look at this as just a means of growing the company. There are some Directors/Managers that are toxic to the org's culture.

Pros

There is definitely the opportunity to expand one's knowledge and skill set, and explore other opportunities with other teams within the company.

Cons

The nickname here is "Workday (And Night)," and it's very true. There is definitely a cliquish ex-PeopleSoft mentality as well.

Pros

Workday really is on the next wave of technology, bringing SaaS to the enterprise space.

Cons

While the product is really strong, some in management believe the product is perfect and sells itself.
