      Workday increasingly feels like any other large corporation. Despite frequent restructures, the same senior leaders remain in place, limiting meaningful change. The decision to outsource roles like office and workplace management has diluted the company culture, which once felt more distinct and people-focused.

      Workday is still a great place to work. Great benefits and fair compensation.

      Compensation requirements have changed, making it harder to meet the quota, which has also increased from last year.
