too many Extra working hours lot of pressure from the management Politics in the organization focus on negative feedback discouragement rivalry between teams/teammates takes a toll on the mental health lot os anxiety in workmates due to workload and pressure

Cons

- No clue what senior leadership is doing - They have put themselves in a corner with the proprietary technology and wont go away from it. - Engineers have no growth - Some trouble with office politics

As an induvial its incredibility difficult to be noticed and now in 2022, they had many layoffs.
