      A Decline in Culture Despite Strong Benefits and Engineering Teams

      The benefits are still good, with a hybrid working model and nice people.

      Cons

      I have never seen such a massive gap between the values declared by the company and the way of working implemented and promoted by the middle management team. This discrepancy has worsened over the last 12–18 months, at least in my current organisation. Hiding behind processes and engaging in CYA practices has become the norm. It’s discouraging to witness such a transformation.

      Good benefits, gym, mental services, financial advisors. Great comp package, now with better differentiation Pleasure to work with colleagues (depends on team)

      Cons

      If you want something improved or done well, have to always drive it yourself Technical infrastructure is mixed bag of services.
