Find the right team and Workday is an excellent place to work. Work life Balance, excellent work conditions, Higher ups understanding and accepting of work life boundaries

Cons

Workday seems to be slowly becoming more rigid with RTO flexibility, and less employee flexibile, other than that I had no complaints- I was also on a great team

- There are some pockets in the product that have high growth potential - Some people are really smart and good to work with

Cons

- CEO seems lost: apart from the quaterly focus on revenue and margin guidance, there is no vision. Also, fake empathy after layoffs. - Workday’s employee-first culture has been destroyed: it’s now a cutthroat environment, with the usual backstabbing, stack rankings, and political games - Executives keep piling up super high compensation (stock-based, so it does not affect the margin guidance) while growth decelerates, employee morale goes rock bottom, and no real vision is established

Employee Friendly, great perks, share options and bonus

Cons

Proprietary language used across organisation. If you have spent a significant time in the organisation say 7-10 years, your skillset is significantly impacted, employees struggle to get jobs outside, if you are not significantly upskilled on your own.
