Not much of work to do

Sinking. Probably the goal is to sell the company to Salesforce or similar in 24 months.

Pros

We still have flexible PTO and hybrid work options.

Cons

The culture of workday has been slipping since Carl became CEO and with the recent layoffs we’ve hit rock bottom. The core technology is also behind the times and can’t pivot to the AI future that executives want. Also most teams are setup remote but require in office attendance. They built more phone booths for zoom calls which only kills the culture more.
