      Pros

      Some really good people still there. Good autonomy and did not encounter micromanagers.

      Cons

      Changed in past few yrs and it is definitely not the same company it was when I joined. It became difficult to trust what some of the newer leaders in our org said, because actions often did not match words. Decisions seemed haphazard. On some teams, cliques and backstabbing to get ahead became the norm. Helps to have good hair.

      Great place to work, but with cautionary changes

      Pros

      Great culture and WLB. Frequent technical challenges and amazing people working with you every day.

      Cons

      Used to be a lot better. A lot of layoffs and reductions in budgets in almost all areas. There is a lot more focus on delivering as much as possible as fast as possible and the quality has markedly decreased in the last 12 months. I have some concerns about the future.
