      It's no longer employee-first

      good work-life balance; easy to skate by if your leader is in favor with the ELT; mostly good people

      Cons

      bias of niceness is killing productivity; certain execs are ruining the overall culture; doesn't make data driven decisions but relies on leaders the ELT trusts

      Culture has dipped! Management is faking the importance of culture now. Gone downhill since Dave and Aneel retired.
