A company that has lost sight of its values

Pros

- Workday remains a large enterprise company with the opportunities that come with that - There are still leaders at Workday who live by its old people-first values

Cons

- Despite cutting a huge number of staff, expectations have increased, leading to a massive increase in stress and out of hours work. - Recent cuts to benefits have affected the most vulnerable workmates hardest, removing the global wellbeing subsidies and adding a high recurring excess to the healthcare plan - The overcorrection with AI in the past two years has resulted in a number of time-consuming brand exercises that amount to very little - The generic automated responses from "Workday" to the negative reviews shows how superficial the engagement with employee feedback has become
